Return & Exchange

Criteria for Returns/Exchange (Only Applicable to Hong Kong Orders):

We promise to provide you with a “7-day Unconditional Returns/Exchange Service”. Within 7 days of your receiving your purchase, you can return / replace the products. For any reason or without any condition within 7 days of receiving you purchase, unless there is product quality problem, all products are allowed exchange only once. 

Return / Exchange Process

To return / exchange your order, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the products, including the info of the order number and items to return /  exchange.  When sending back the products, it is necessary to write the exchange order number on the delivery slip or a piece of paper along with the package. Once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy return conditions, we will arrange the refund as per your request as soon as possible.

退換貨詳情（僅適用於配送到香港的訂單）

客戶收到產品即日起（以簽收日期為準），為您提供「7日內無條件退換貨」，您可以在收貨日期起 7天內 ，以任何理由或無條件退換產品。除商品質量問題以外，所有商品只允許換貨一次。
 

換貨 / 退貨流程

如果您的訂單需要辦理換貨 / 退貨，請在收到產品即日起的7天內，以電郵通知我們你訂單編號及需要換 / 退的貨品，並將訂單編號寫在送貨單或紙上一併寄回，在我們收到您退回的產品並確認符合換 / 退貨條件後，將盡快安排換貨 / 退款。
